ReOrg

The WinSDK team has been re-organized again.  Same people but different structure.  This also marks the end of my scrum days too.  Now we have 3 major groups; feature crews, release management, and content management.  I'm now on the content management team with Karin, Lisa, and Derek.  From our charter it looks like we are going to maintain all current content and be the point of contact for external customers.  This group will also not be using scrum.  We found out that bugs and customer or vender relations doesn't work very well with how we implemented scrum.  Oh well, at least I was a scrum master for a few sprints.  It was nice trying it out, but I'll be glad to go back to the old style for a little bit.  Although I have a feeling that some of what we learned while doing

As the only dev on the team I think I'll be responsible for fixing any bugs found in our current releases (authoring not the actual samples or docs) and porting those fixes to our next release.  Karin also is in charge of the group blog.  So that might mean I'll need to write some of the blog posts.  Good thing I have been practicing here.
