What's in a name...?

Quite a bit.  Otherwise, why would a grown man, driving to work in his car, have tears coming down his face while listening to names being read by children?  September 11, 2003.  Two years later, and it still seems just like it was yesterday.

    I have to admit, I was one of those people driving to work this morning listening to names being read on the radio. I was never really alone last year when they did this. It felt different. It felt like it had just happened. I realized that it will be a LONG healing process, for everyone.

    As someone who grew up with the Towers in their skyline, everyday is a reminder of what happen on 9/11/2001. Even though I moved out to a suburb 25 miles out, I use to be able to see the tops of them behind the hills on my morning commute. Little did I know that the morning of 9/11/2001 would be the last time that I would see them on the horizon.

    I'm relieved it isn't just me who is reacting this way, even 2 years later. I worked in lower Manhattan almost 9 years ago, and even though I call the midwest home now, I am still very emotional about the destruction of the towers, and the associated human loss.
