Have I thanked ClearContext enough?

On an internal DL I came across ClearContext. I was intrigued enough to try it out. I’d strongly recommend it. For a price tag of approx 89USD (support etc extra) – it’s a neat software. Things I like:

  • Filing add-in
  • Follow-ups
  • Project View
  • Task Organizer view

I think there are amazing ways to use this product and on their website they do have some great info on how to use the tool. A few tips like, “start your day with task organizer” can really get you on the track to picking up all the fallen projects and tasks.

Darn, I’m sorry it sounds like an infomercial. I’ve not been paid by them and nor have they solicited this feedback.

There are several things that could be improved:

  • sluggish performance (esp start-ups)
  • unexplained outlook crashes
  • poor visualization of the all-up workload that’s due on any given day
  • filing suggestions sometimes don’t work as expected and you end up with misfiled mails
