    Agree. We tested this out in October by offering a shopping cart style of registration. Interestingly enough we saw that registration increased, but attendance ratios dropped from 50% of registrations to 30% of registrations. Maybe it's too much choice. Regardless, we're driing our internal tools team to offer shopping cart and non passport registration for our webcast attendees.

    In addition to signing up for the complete series, I'd like to ask if anybody knows of a solution that will sync my outlook calendar with the Hotmail/MSN Calendar. I use the outlook reminders for the webcasts heavily and I'd like to keep them in Hotmail as well so I can get notified when I'm out of my desk.
