Share your feedback for the Office Developer Platform in the new UserVoice site
We are excited to announce that the Office and SharePoint Developer Platform team has launched a new UserVoice site aimed at gathering your feedback. The UserVoice site is available at https://officespdev.uservoice.com.
Let us know what you would like to see in future versions of the Apps for Office and SharePoint API documentation, code samples, and reference architecture guidance. This site is for your suggestions and ideas—the product teams are waiting to hear your feedback and engage in conversations about how to improve the developer experience.
If you need support for apps for Office or SharePoint, see the Microsoft Support page.
For general development questions, visit the Apps for Office forums and the Apps for SharePoint forums.
We look forward to hearing from you!

There is a lot of great content. Is there a good architectural overview for those that DONT have SharePoint experience? A deeper dive into SharePoint itself (architecturally) and relationship to other tools and technologies. THanks!Anonymous

Hi Nick, here is some information about cross-product solutions with Exchange, Lync, and SharePoint Server: technet.microsoft.com/.../dn262744.aspx. More architectural diagrams can be found here as well: technet.microsoft.com/.../cc263199.aspx. For the SharePoint cloud app model, these are good resources to start: msdn.microsoft.com/.../dn448479 msdn.microsoft.com/.../dn448488
