Firstly, fellow WP7 PM Developer Dragos Manolescu is resurrecting his blog and posting about Windows Phone 7. His first WP7 post is a great introductory piece on using Location Services and Reactive LINQ on the phone (and if lambdas make your brain hurt, don't say I didn't warn you).

Secondly, the RTM Windows Phone Tools and the Silverlight for Windows Phone Toolkit were released the other week (if you didn't already know that, you're probably reading the wrong blog ;-) ).
