What do you want to know about Groove?
As we enter our third month, I find myself wondering what sort of content readers want. Recently, I've been posting known problems and solutions, and the content has been weighted towards server products. So if you read here, and you have an opinion on what you would like to see, let me know!
For example, where would you like the balance point for each of the following?
- Problem/Solution ---> 'Best practice' articles
- Client issues ---> Server issues
- Managed domains ---> Independent client installations
Comments on other factors are welcome too!

Hi Joe, Sorry about the delay. I lost the notification to approve your message under the pre-SP2 crunch. I don't have any idea what might cause this, especially intermittently. If the hard drive doesn't show errors, I recommend opening a support incident.Anonymous

I'll talk to some of the server Support Escalation Engineers and see what we can come up with for disaster recovery. SP2 doesn't have a set release date yet. I don't expect it to be soon.Anonymous

We frequently get a missing "Files" tool when inviting a new user to a workspace, or when receiving a workspace on a new computer. This has happened with a large workspace, as well as, a smaller workspace. How do you get around this issue? If we keep trying (eg. delete workspace on my computer, then reinvite; try getting from different user sometimes works), eventually it may work, but it seems like there is some underlying reason that is causing this...what is it?Anonymous
