    (1) I get a 404 on the 'WinFX RC Nov CTP Readme' link.

    (2) The technique for creating duplex channels (ChannelFactory.CreateDuplexChannel) seems to have changed to something more complex. Is there any documentation (besides the sample code) that explains the new behavior?
