    Thanks Sanjay for sharing reference. Do you know if 2014 AlwaysOn Groups will be interoperable with 2012 instances so that a primary and a secondary are not necessarily running the same version. To be specific, can we have Primary in 2012 and Secondary in 2014 or Primary in 2014 and Secondary in 2012
