Issues with Forums site - Mitigated

We have experienced an issue with forums sites between Saturday, Nov 21 2015 07:29 AM UTC and Saturday, Nov 21 2015 07:45 AM UTC.

The issue has since been mitigated and DevOps teams are actively investigating to prevent any recurrence.
