Issues with TechNet Blogs Site 11/24 - Mitigated

We have experienced an issue with TechNet Blogs site between Wednesday, Nov 24th 2015 02:09 AM UTC to Nov 24th 02:22 AM UTC.  The issue has since been mitigated by DevOps teams, and are actively investigating to prevent any recurrence.
