Hello! If you couldn’t tell from the title of the blog (or if I have undoubtedly changed it) my name is Taylor Lafrinere. I joined the Team Foundation Server group on July 16, 2007 and have been working as a part of the Enterprise TFS Management and Version Control Platform teams ever since. The goal of this blog will be to let you know about new features in TFS, how to take advantage of them and most importantly how to troubleshoot any problems you are running into while using them. I also plan to venture outside of strictly TFS content at some points to share any general coding tips and tricks that I come across.
Before coming to North Carolina to work for Microsoft I spent the previous 18 years in Michigan. I grew up in Cheboygan (yes, I am holding my hand up right now pointing to where Cheboygan is) and then went to college at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. I will bleed Maize and Blue forever and yes, it is absolutely crushing me that our football team is missing a bowl game for the second year in a row.
Anyway, welcome to the blog and I hope you find something useful or entertaining to read.

Looking forward to your blog. I'd love to hear about the integration between TFS 2010 and Project 2010. I'm going to be learning about Project 2010 in the next few weeks: http://blogs.msdn.com/chrisfie/archive/2009/12/04/microsoft-project-2010-upcoming-webcasts-book-your-calendars.aspx Looking forward to learning what cool new things I can do with Project 2010 and TFS 2010.
