Remove the Control + Alt + Delete screen at logon in Windows 7

Recently I purchased a HP Multi-Touch 2740p laptop, regretfully the security button on this laptop is embedded into the monitor and requires a small pen or the attached tablet pen to use. When the keyboard is hidden its a pain to get the security button depressed. In remembering some old OS (Windows XP) options there was a checkbox available where someone could go directly to the logon screen without having to use the ctrl+alt+del method or the provided security button. After about 10 minutes of looking around for the option (I am very impatient) I decided to take it old school. Here is how to get directly to the main security page and directly to the logon screen.

1) From the run command (Windows + r) enter the command "control userpasswords2" (without quotes).

2) This will open the "User Accounts" window, select the Advanced Tab on the top.

3) At the bottom of the window there will be a check box that says "Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete"

4) Uncheck this box and click the apply button then the OK button.

5) You are now complete
