Learn how you can help enable and use Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) with Microsoft Dynamics AX’s Application Integration Framework (AIF). This session will give a brief introduction to both SOA and AIF and then walk though the process of creating AIF services and of exposing AIF services by using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) or Microsoft BizTalk Server. Moreover, you'll learn how to consume external Web services from within the Microsoft Dynamics AX application as well as how to compose services to help implement complex business processes. The session will also provide examples of how external applications can be integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX directly through the AIF.
