Why Office 365? Readers Respond on Twitter

As Part II of our Twitter contest, we asked readers to tweet their answers to the question: “Why is Office 365 a better choice for your business?”

And again, your responses came flooding in. Thank you!

Many of you responded with ways that Office 365 improves productivity for your business with answers like: “access from anywhere,” “don’t need dedicated IT,” “no installations,” “simple setup,” “work offline,” “work from phone,” and “helps small businesses manage the competition.”

Many of you described the qualities you like best about Office 365 including “efficient,” “easy,” “cost-effective,” “user friendly,” “dependable,” “functional,” “familiar,” “flexible,” “convenient,” “organized,” “professional,” “enterprise grade,” “safe,” “secure,” and “innovative.”

Still others described your favorite functionality within Office 365. At the top of the list were things like “file sharing,” “ActiveSync,” “online meetings,” “instant messaging & conferencing,” “document editing,” “email,” “calendar,” “disaster recovery,” “Office Web Apps,” “Lync Online,” and “SharePoint Online.”

Thanks so much to all of you for all the amazing answers! It’s interesting to see the broad range of reasons why customers choose Office 365.
