Get an agent invocation OpenAPI spec

/agents/{agent_name}/endpoint/protocols/invocations/docs/openapi.json
Retrieves the OpenAPI specification for an agent version's invocation contract. Returns 404 if the agent does not expose an OpenAPI specification.
