Add an upload part

POST /openai/v1/uploads/{upload_id}/parts

Adds an upload part to the parent resource.

The Unix timestamp (in seconds) for when the Part was created.

upload_id string obligatoire

The ID of the Upload object that this Part was added to.

The object type, which is always upload.part.
