Re-evaluate whether the soft input area should currently be shown, and update its UI if this has changed since the last time it was evaluated.

Remarks
Re-evaluate whether the soft input area should currently be shown, and update its UI if this has changed since the last time it was evaluated. This will call #onEvaluateInputViewShown() to determine whether the input view should currently be shown. You can use #isInputViewShown() to determine if the input view is currently shown.
