Gets an object representing a VMwareVCenterResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String) to create a VMwareVCenterResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetVMwareVCenterResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
