Utility function for creating a C#-style manifest name from a resource name.

This API supports the product infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Parameters

fileName
String

The file name of the dependent (usually a .resx)

linkFileName
String

The file name of the dependent (usually a .resx)

rootNamespace
String

The root namespace (usually from the project file). May be null

dependentUponFileName
String

The file name of the parent of this dependency (usually a .cs file). May be null

binaryStream
Stream

File contents binary stream, may be null

Returns

Returns the manifest name
