CreateApplication(ApplicationRecord)	Obsolete. Creates Hosted Application. Based on the isolation level, launches the Hosted Application in the same domain or different domain or different process.
CreateApplication(ApplicationRecord, WorkItem)	Creates Hosted Application. Based on the isolation level, launches the Hosted Application in the same domain or different domain or different process.
LaunchAppProcess(String, ApplicationRecord, String)	Spawns a new process for loading the Isolation application Level 2.
