Returns the scopes that contain the given property in the given collection.

Parameters

[in] The path to the collections file.
- propertyName

[in] The name of the property.
- scopes
- UInt32
[out] The __VsEnclosingScopes for the collections.
Returns
Returns S_OK if the property was found and the scope was returned.
Remarks
If more than one scope contains the collection, the corresponding flags of those scopes are set. If none of the scopes contains the collection, the scope
parameter is set to EnclosingScopes_None.
