Attempts to convert a Matrix to a specified type.

The context information of a type.
- culture
- CultureInfo
The CultureInfo of the type being converted.

The object created from converting this Matrix.
Exceptions
The value
is null or is not a Matrix, or the destinationType
is not a valid conversion type.
Remarks
To determine whether a conversion is possible without actually performing the conversion, use the CanConvertTo method.
