Microsoft Dynamics AX includes a Services Sites de Microsoft Dynamics ERP solution called Recrutement des ressources humaines. After a Services Sites web site has been set up, human resources staff can use this web site to display ads for job openings online and receive applications from candidates.

Set up the recruitment web site
Typically, the system administrator or the HR manager sets up the recruitment web site.
Notes
The system administrator must sign up for a Services Sites account before you can set up the recruitment web site.
Navigation Path Not Found
In the list of solutions on the left, select the Recrutement des ressources humaines solution, and then click Activer.
Click Synchroniser to synchronize Microsoft Dynamics AX with Services Sites.
Click Pages disponibles.
On the Pages disponibles form, click Gérer les pages en ligne to open the Services Sites web site.
In the navigation pane, click Human resources, and then under Pages, click Recruitment.
In the Pages group, click New page, select the Job list page template, and then click Next step.
Enter a page name and a page URL, and then click Create page.
Add text and customize the page the way you want, click Save and close, and then click Close.
In the Pages group, click New page, select the Job ad page template, and then click Next step.
Enter a page name and a page URL, and then click Create page.
Add text and customize the page the way you want, click Save and close, and then click Close.
When you are finished, click Sign out.
Optional: Click Synchroniser on the Solutions disponibles form to synchronize the new web site with Microsoft Dynamics AX. Alternatively, you can wait for the next scheduled synchronization job to run. After synchronization, you can view the new pages in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Publish a job listing online
Cliquez sur Ressources humaines > Courant > Recrutement > Projets de recrutement.
In the Projets de recrutement list, in the Nouveau group, click Projet de recrutement.
In the Projets de recrutement form, enter information about the job ad.
In the Modifier group, click Statut du projet de recrutement, and then click Début.
In the Informations associées group, click Annonces d'emploi, and then enter a job description.
Under Publication Web, select the Publier une annonce d'emploi sur Sites Services check box.
Close the form.

Download and review the applications

Cliquez sur Ressources humaines > Périodique > Recrutement > Panier de candidature.
In the list of applicants on the left, select the applicant whom you want to review.
Click Documents joints to view the applicant's resume.
