Two new autonomous agent templates show how to build an agent with a trigger that handles tasks on its own.
The new agent templates, the Lead Manager and Customer Brief, help customers start using autonomous agents faster.
The Lead Manager template focuses on sales development by managing incoming leads. It offers features like duplicate handling and automated email responses. It connects to Salesforce and Outlook. You can customize it by setting employee count thresholds for meeting scheduling.
The Customer Brief template makes meeting preparation easier by creating executive summaries from Salesforce data and automating email workflows.
You install both agents through Copilot Studio Managed Agents. You can edit the templates before publishing them and customize the templates to fit your business processes.
