Description
The Disable-VMConsoleSupport cmdlet disables keyboard, video, and mouse for virtual machines.
Examples
Example 1: Disable keyboard, video, and mouse support
PS C:\> $VM = Get-VM -ComputerName "Server01"
PS C:\> Disable-VMConsoleSupport -VM $VM
The first command uses the Get-VM cmdlet to obtain the virtual machines on the host named Server01. The command stores the results in the $VM variable.
The second command disables keyboard, video, and mouse support on the virtual machine or virtual machines in $VM.
Parameters
-CimSession
Runs the cmdlet in a remote session or on a remote computer. Enter a computer name or a session object, such as the output of a New-CimSession or Get-CimSession cmdlet. The default is the current session on the local computer.
