Using Event Viewer

Event Viewer can be used to inform you that your application or the Speech Server service has raised errors, warnings, or information events.

To open Event Viewer on Microsoft Windows Server 2003

  1. On the Start menu, click Run.

  2. In the Run dialog box, type eventvwr, and then click OK.

Alternatively, you can open Event Viewer on Windows Server 2003 from the Start menu. On the Start menu, select Administrative Tools, and then select Event Viewer.

To open Event Viewer on Microsoft Windows XP

  1. On the Start menu, click Run.

  2. In the Run dialog box, type eventvwr, and then click OK.

Alternatively, you can open Event Viewer on Windows XP from the Start menu. On the Start menu, select Control Panel, select Administrative Tools, and then select Event Viewer.
