Members

Member name Description
NoCircuitFound SIT indicates a "No circuit found" message.
None No SIT was detected.
OperatorIntercept SIT indicates a "No circuit found" message.
Other An unrecognized SIT was detected.
Reorder SIT indicates a "Reorder" message.
VacantCircuit SIT indicates a "Vacant circuit" message.

Remarks

Telephone switching systems can play recorded messages to indicate a condition such as the number dialed being out of service. Such messages can begin with a special information tone (SIT) that indicates the message type to automatic dialers.
