dimension (Dimension Id)

Specifies the identifier for the dimension.

The possible values for this attribute are defined by the W3C XML Schema unsignedInt datatype.

measureGroup (Measure Group Id)

Specifies the identifier of the measure group.

The possible values for this attribute are defined by the W3C XML Schema unsignedInt datatype.
