Adds a DeliveryChannelArgument to the DeliveryChannelArgumentCollection.

deliveryChannelArgument
The DeliveryChannelArgument to add to the collection.

Notes

The name of each delivery channel argument must be unique.

If you modify arguments after creating the instance, you must Update the instance to apply the changes.
