Use the DacUpgrade type to specify which options are taken when upgrading a DAC instance.

	BlockOnChanges	Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the upgrade is terminated if the database schema is different than that defined in the previous DAC.
	ConfigurationProperties	Gets or sets the configuration properties to store settings corresponding to settings that fall in between application and host level artifacts.
	IgnoreDataLoss	Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the upgrade will proceed even if some of the operations result in the loss of data.
	RollbackOnFailure	Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the upgrade is enclosed in transactions, and will attempt a rollback if errors are encountered.
	SkipPolicyValidation	Gets and sets the SkipPolicyValidation option that controls whether the upgrade evaluates the server selection policy in the DAC type used for the upgrade.
