Cette interface doit être implémentée par le fournisseur de destination lorsqu'il utilise un objet NotifyingChangeApplier pour mieux appliquer les modifications au réplica de destination. L'objet INotifyingChangeApplierTarget est transmis à la méthode ApplyChanges. L'objet NotifyingChangeApplier appelle ensuite les méthodes INotifyingChangeApplierTarget pour enregistrer les modifications et conflits sur le réplica de destination.
