Create a Stager

You use a stager to deploy content from testing and development environments to Application Center clusters. A stager is essentially a stand-alone, single-node cluster of one.

To create a stager

1. Start the New Cluster Wizard.

2. On the Cluster Type page, click General/Web cluster, and then click Next.

3. On the Load Balancing page, click No load balancing, and then click Next.

4. Click Next until you reach the end of the wizard, and then click Finish.

    Note   After the New Cluster Wizard completes, you should disable synchronization and request forwarding.
