Mappage d'ensembles d'associations à des procédures stockées (Entity Framework)

L'élément ModificationFunctionMapping dans un AssociationSetMapping spécifie les procédures stockées qui insèrent et suppriment des instances d'une association entre des entités dans Entity Framework. L'élément ModificationFunctionMapping dans un AssociationSetMapping est utile lors du mappage d'associations plusieurs à plusieurs généralement prises en charge par une table de liens dans la base de données.

Lors du mappage d'une relation de clé étrangère, telle que la relation entre SalesOrderDetail et SalesOrderHeader dans l'exemple de base de données AdventureWorks, utilisez la technique de liaison AssociationEnd dans un ModificationFunctionMappingEntityTypeMapping. L'élément de niveau supérieur d'un AssociationSetMapping est l'élément ModificationFunctionMapping. Les éléments enfants DeleteFunction et InsertFunction décrivent des liaisons de paramètres pour les terminaisons de l'association.

L'attribut FunctionName pour DeleteFunction et InsertFunction est, dans chaque cas, le nom de la procédure stockée qui est référencée dans le modèle de stockage.

Il n'y a aucun élément UpdateFunction pour les ensembles d'associations car les associations ne peuvent pas être modifiées ; elles peuvent uniquement être créées ou supprimées.

Les liaisons EndProperty déclarées dans un mappage de procédure stockée d'un ensemble d'associations ressemblent à l'élément AssociationEnd déclaré dans un mappage de fonction EntitySetMapping, mais elles ont besoin de moins de contexte car l'élément parent indique l'élément AssociationSet. Les éléments enfants ScalarProperty décrivent des liaisons de paramètres pour les valeurs de clé dans les terminaisons de l'association et les paramètres correspondants de procédures stockées.

L'exemple suivant mappe des fonctions d'insertion et de suppression qui créent et suppriment des entrées dans une table de liens plusieurs à plusieurs qui prend en charge l'association Contact_Address.

Le schéma .edmx complet, indiqué au-dessous, a été modifié manuellement pour implémenter l'élément AssociationSetMapping et l'élément ModificationFunctionMapping.
