This method retrieves the DirectDrawClipper object associated with this surface and increments the reference count of the returned clipper.
Syntax

LPDIRECTDRAWCLIPPER FAR* lplpDDClipper
);
Parameters
- lplpDDClipper
Address of a pointer to the DirectDrawClipper object associated with the surface.
Return Value
If the method succeeds, the return value is DD_OK.
If the method fails, the return value may be one of the following error values:
