Open Fax Service Manager

Fax Service Manager is installed when the Fax Server role is installed. (For more information, see Install the Fax Server Role.) After installation, you can access Fax Service Manager from Server Manager.
To access Fax Service Manager from Server Manager
Click Start, and then click Server Manager.
In the left pane, double-click Roles, double-click Fax Server, and then click Fax. Fax and the items subordinate to Fax comprise Fax Service Manager.
Additional considerations
To install Fax components, you must be a member of the Administrators group or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority. As a security best practice, consider using Run as to perform this procedure.
You can also access Fax Service Manager by adding this tool to a Microsoft Management Console (MMC) console. Use this method, in particular, if you want to use the console to manage a fax server remotely. Follow the instructions in MMC Help for adding a snap-in to a console and configuring it to manage the local computer or a remote computer.
