Creates a new instance of the SyndicationFeedFormatter class with the specified SyndicationFeed instance.

A SyndicationFeedFormatter must have a SyndicationFeed associated with it. The SyndicationFeedFormatter can then write out the SyndicationFeed to an XmlReader. The only way to associate a SyndicationFeed with a SyndicationFeedFormatter is by using this constructor.
