The name of the LocalMessageReceiver that this sender will send messages to.
Remarks
The receiver name must be unique within the receiver's domain, or globally, depending on the value of the LocalMessageReceiver.NameScope property. When you create a LocalMessageSender, you must identify the corresponding receiver by name.
