Résoudre les problèmes SQL Server Service Broker dans Operations Manager
Microsoft System Center Operations Manager dépend de SQL Server Service Broker pour implémenter toutes les opérations de tâche. Si SQL Server Service Broker est désactivé, toutes les opérations de tâche sont affectées. Le comportement résultant peut varier en fonction de la tâche lancée. Par exemple, vous pouvez rencontrer les problèmes suivants :
- L’Assistant Découverte semble s’exécuter sans fin, même si la tâche en arrière-plan est terminée.
- La réinitialisation de l’intégrité d’un moniteur ne se termine jamais, même si la tâche en arrière-plan est terminée.
Cet article fournit des étapes de dépannage courantes pour les problèmes SQL Server Service Broker.
Remarque
Les requêtes SQL de cet article utilisent un nom par défaut pour la base de OperationsManager
données opérationnelle. Remplacez par OperationsManager
le nom de votre base de données opérationnelle si vous utilisez un autre nom de base de données.
Vérifier si SQL Server Service Broker est activé
Exécutez la requête SQL suivante :
SELECT is_broker_enabled FROM sys.databases WHERE name = 'OperationsManager'
Si la valeur retournée du
is_broker_enabled
champ est 1 (un), SQL Server Service Broker est activé. Sinon, exécutez les requêtes SQL suivantes pour l’activer :ALTER DATABASE OperationsManager SET SINGLE_USER WITH ROLLBACK IMMEDIATE ALTER DATABASE OperationsManager SET ENABLE_BROKER ALTER DATABASE OperationsManager SET MULTI_USER
Redémarrer le service d’accès aux données System Center
Une fois SQL Server Service Broker activé, redémarrez OMSDK (System Center Data Access Service).
Dans SQL Server Management Studio, accédez à Bases de données>OperationsManager>Service Broker.
Développez Files d’attente et services.
Vérifiez qu’il existe une file d’attente et un service dont le nom contient les valeurs suivantes :
- Adresse IP du serveur d’administration qui a créé la file d’attente et le service.
- ID de processus du service OMSDK (Microsoft.Mom.Sdk.ServiceHost.exe) qui s’exécute sur ce serveur d’administration.
Dans cet exemple, l’adresse IP du serveur d’administration est 192.168.10.10. Le PID du service OMSDK est 3092.
Si vous avez plusieurs serveurs d’administration, chaque serveur d’administration aura une file d’attente et un service Service Broker distincts.
Si vous ne trouvez pas la file d’attente et le service correspondants, redémarrez le service OMSDK.
Si vous ne trouvez toujours pas la file d’attente et le service, le Service Broker actuel est peut-être endommagé. Passez à l’étape suivante pour recréer l’SQL Server Service Broker.
Recréez le SQL Server Service Broker
Exécutez les requêtes SQL suivantes dans l’ordre :

Redémarrez le service OMSDK sur les serveurs d’administration pour recréer le Service Broker, ainsi que la file d’attente et le service. Ce processus peut nécessiter deux redémarrages :
- Le premier redémarrage recrée le Service Broker
- Le deuxième redémarrage recrée la file d’attente du service
Vérifiez que le SQL Server Service Broker est toujours activé. S’il est désactivé, activez-le.
Vérifiez que la file d’attente et le service Service Broker sont générés, comme décrit à l’étape 4 dans Redémarrer le service d’accès aux données System Center.
Dépannage avancé
Si les étapes précédentes ne résolvent pas le problème, collectez une trace SQL Server Profiler qui inclut des événements Service Broker.
