This article provides a guide for the company profile. It explains how to do the following tasks:

Configure general settings

  1. Go to Settings > Company profile > General to define the attributes for your organization.

  2. In the Company name field, enter the legal entity name that will be used for reporting purposes.

  3. Define the location of your company by setting the following fields:

    • Address line 1
    • Address line 2
    • City
    • State/Province
    • ZIP/Postal code
    • Country
  4. In the Annual reporting period section, define the period that will be used to filter reports and charts for internal reporting or external, public disclosure:

    1. In the Start month field, select the month when the reporting period begins. For example, if you report on a fiscal year basis, select the first month of your fiscal year.

    2. In the Start day, enter the first day of the reporting period. Typically, this field is set to 1.

For example, if your reporting period begins on January 1, set the Start month field to January and the Start day field to 1.

The system automatically calculates values for the End month and End day fields. For example, if your reporting period begins on January 1, the End month field will be set to December, and the End day field will be set to 31, to indicate that the period ends on December 31 of the same year. If your reporting period begins on July 1, the End month field will be set to June, and the End day field will be set to 30, to indicate that the period ends on June 30 of the next year.
