Since you didn’t make any changes to the router itself, your network’s core settings should still be intact. The bridge you created simply allowed the second notebook to access the internet through the first one, and it doesn’t alter router-level security. That said, buying a Wi-Fi stick and removing the bridge is a good move for long-term stability and simplicity.
You don’t have to enter the router settings right now if everything seems secure and no unknown devices are connected. But if you’d like peace of mind, logging in to double-check the Wi-Fi password and encryption type is a smart step.
