blocco e riavvio improvviso del pc (tcpip.sys)

Ciao a tutti, da un paio di settimane saltuariamente, non sempre e non spesso ma succede, appare una schermata blu con scritto che tra 20 secondi si riavviera' il sistema per evitare danni al pc.

Con bluescreenwiew ho trovato questi errori che copio e incollo..

Ho provato a controllare la rame anche ad aggiornare la scheda di rete ma continua a farmelo, le ultime due schermate sono state queste
