sfc/scannow: impossibile ripristinare alcuni file. OS windows 7

Salve. Dopo installazione di programmi come Avira (ora disinstallato) e eliminazione chiavi di registro residui di VLC e altri

riscontro piccoli problemi di instabilità: rotellina al riavvio che si blocca per poi riprendere, ritardi di avvio.

Effettuo sfc/scannow che restituisce sfc/scannow impossibile ripristinare alcuni file in più accesso negato al file di log CBS.

Alchè trovo guida nella community che suggerisce di usare

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth che non riscontra problemi e

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth che invece restituisce errore 87.

ora la guida continua ma per win 8: come posso procedere per win 7.

chiedo gentilmente un aiuto.

Con windows 7 è più semplice usare sfc/scannow .

Per visualizzare gli eventuali errori in sfc segui qui di seguito:

1-Open an elevated command prompt as described in the previous step 1.

2-At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER: findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt"

3-Note The Sfcdetails.txt file contains details from every time that the System File Checker tool has been run on the computer. The file includes information about files that were not repaired by the System File Checker tool. Verify the date and time entries to determine the problem files that were found the last time that you ran the System File Checker tool.

4-Open the Sfcdetails.txt file from your desktop.

5-The Sfcdetails.txt file uses the following format:

6-Date/Time SFC detailThe following sample log file contains an entry for a file that could not be repaired:

Comunque se non risolvi e l'errore riguarda il file usbhub.sys.mui guarda qui: altrimenti disinstalla l'aggiornamento KB4041686...

Scusa il ritardo, si è proprio quell'aggiornamento la causa dell'errore.

Anche se sostituisci il file, ricompare l'errore....

Devi nascondere quell'aggiornamento in modo che non venga più installato.

Dunque, se ho capito bene il problema è causato proprio da un aggiornamento e riguarda il file %windir%\system32\drivers\en-US\usbhub.sys.mui, è così?

In una riga del file CBS.log compare questo:

Questo file potrebbe essere sostituito ma sarebbe troppo laborioso.

Ho disinstallato l'aggiornamento e rilanciato sfc/scannow.

Ora il risultato è ''nessuna violazione di integrità trovata''.
