Hello,
Here are a few things to consider:
1.Double-check the locations included in the indexing. Go to Control Panel > Indexing Options > Modify and ensure that all relevant Outlook data files (.pst and .ost) are selected for indexing.
2.In Outlook, go to File > Options > Search. Make sure that the options under 'Results' and 'Sources' are set correctly. For example, 'Include messages from the Deleted items folder in each data file when searching in All Items' should be checked if you want to include those in search results.
3.Since you've already modified the EnablePerUserCatalog registry key, consider checking the following keys as well:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun\Configuration\SharedComputerLicensing - Set to 1 for shared computer activation.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Search - Check for any other keys that might affect search functionality. 4.If using FSLogix, ensure that the Office 365 Container is set up correctly. The configuration should include the VHDLocations for storing the containers and the IncludeOffice365Containers set to 1.
5.In a permanent RDS environment, consider using Cached Exchange Mode with a limited cache size to improve search functionality. This can be configured via group policy or account settings in Outlook.
