Hello ciro schettino,
Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.
You need to switch Windows 10 Enterprise to Pro first, then upgrade to Windows 11 Pro while keeping your data and installed applications
- Backup Your Data (Optional but Recommended)
Although this process should keep your files and apps, it’s always a good idea to back up your important data to an external drive or cloud storage.
- Obtain a Windows 11 Pro License
- Modify the Edition from Windows 10 Enterprise to Windows 10 Pro
To move from Windows 10 Enterprise to Windows 11 Pro, first, you need to change your Windows 10 edition from Enterprise to Pro. This can be done using a generic Windows 10 Pro key.
- Upgrade to Windows 11 Pro
- Activate Windows 11 Pro with new key.
I hope the information above is helpful.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.
Best Regards,
Daisy Zhou
