trojan horses in C++ Files compiled with Visual Studio

good morning

I have found with total virus that files C++ compiled with Visual Studio are positive to the check as far it is concerned trojan horse malicious software e malware. Are they false positive or is there some problem on my pc ? Also windows defender recognize these files as dangerous is it again a false positive? thank you
