Problema Visual C++ 2015 e Office 2016

Question

Ho un problema riguardo i sopra citati programmi.

Posseggo un Win7 Ultimate x64. Ieri, a seguito dell'installazione di Office 2016, ho iniziato a ricevere il seguente errore, durante l'apertura di alcuni programmi (tra cui Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 e Cattura Immagine):

"The procedure entry point ucrtbase.terminate could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-o.dll"

"Entry point not found"

il problema pare sia risolvibile semplicemente installando Visual C++ 2015. Ma al termine della procedura di installazione ricevo un ulteriore errore:

"Impossibile installare. Errore non specifico. 0x80240017"

Se rimuovo Office 2016, tuttavia, non ho più il messaggio riguardo l'api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-o.dll, ma Visual C++ continua a non volerne sapere di installarsi, dando la colpa al "Failed to execute MSU package". Ho provato ad utilizzare sfc /scannow ma non vengono rilevati problemi. Il pc è stato formattato circa 3-4 settimane fa.

Buonasera,

ti ringrazio per l'aiuto, tuttavia sono riuscita a risolvere. Ho installato in massa tutti gli aggiornamenti che Windows Update metteva a disposizione (l'SP1 e tutti i pacchetti KB, per intendersi) e alla fine sono riuscita a mettere il KB2999226 (l'msu relativo al runtime di C universale), Visual C++ 2015 (che non ha più dato l'errore descritto dal log) e Office 2016, nell'ordine sopra citato. Adesso tutto funziona benissimo.

Ci dispiace per il disagio che stai riscontrando. 

Ti invito di effettuare l'Avvio Pulito così com'è descritto nella guida di Franco Leuzzi (MVP, Moderattore di community, Auttore Wiki) a fine di correggere eventuali errori del sistema ed impedire eventuali conflitti tra i vari servizi ed applicazioni.

Dopodiché provi a reinstallare il software e  fai sapere.
