Il mio computer non si avvia. Dopo l'accensione, compare la scritta del produttore. E dopo“Please wait”, compare “Getting windows ready. Don't turn off your computer” e resta così anche per ore. Dopo quattro ore di attesa, ho tenuto premuto il tasto power per spegnere il computer. Ma riavviandolo la sequenza è invariata, si blocca sulla schermata “Getting windows ready. Don't turn off your computer”. Cosa posso fare?
