Explorer context menu bug?

I have this issue where the 3 dots (more settings) context menu of Windows Explorer goes outside the space of my screen. While it can also be workarounded by placing the window lower, it always opens to the upperside, which sometimes is still kinda inconvenient.
Is anyone else having the same issue? is it a Windows update issue or just me having it?

This is a bug in 24H2 and you're not the only one experiencing this problem. We'll have to wait for a patch to fix this permanently. For now, you might want to review these threads similar to this issue and see if you can find something useful as a workaround.
