Buongiorno,
Vi contatto perchè su due pc HP, uno che ha 3 anni di vita e uno appena acquistato, continuano a ripetersi errori critici con blue screen. HP ha sostituito la scheda madre del primo pc ma non è cambiato nulla, l'errore si è verificato di nuovo dopo la sostituzione. Vi chiedo quindi di fornirmi il supporto necessario alla risoluzione del problema. Vi chiedo cortesemente di rispondermi entro oggi perchè altrimenti devo restituire il pc nuovo per sostituzione entro domani. Di seguito i dettagli dell'errore:
